Our sparkling Riesling comes with intense aromas of peach and apricot underpinned with touches of citrus, pineapple, and minerality. With brilliant acidity and intense fruit flavors, our base wine Riesling is a variety that really lends itself to the production of sparkling wines. Best served well chilled (approx. 6° to 8° C)
